If you need Adobe Reader, you can download it here. Select ÒDownloadÓ and follow the instructions.
Make sure you secure all the necessary BEFORE you start filling our your application. Once you're ready, follow the instructions on Form 21-526 and/or Form 21-534. In most cases, you will send the information to your local or regional Veterans' Administration. If you need assistance with filing your paperwork, you can contact the VA. Depending on the number of questions and assistance you need, they may assist you over the phone. Should it require more in-depth assistance, they may refer to you a trained VA professional. Keep in mind, these professionals are not premitted to charge you for the assistance they provide; however, many are attorneys or financial professionals that try for your business beyond the Aid & Attendance application assistance they provide. Remember, it's OK to say "no thanks."
